Onboarding Your First Client in SpiderIQ

Getting your first client set up in SpiderIQ takes under 5 minutes. Here is the step-by-step workflow.
Step 1: Create a Workspace
Each client gets their own workspace with isolated data, credentials, and billing. Navigate to Settings → Workspaces → Create New.
Step 2: Set Permissions
Invite team members with role-based access: Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Editors can run campaigns but cannot modify billing or integrations.
Step 3: Connect Integrations
Link your client's email accounts, CRM, and any third-party tools. SpiderIQ supports OAuth for major platforms and API keys for everything else.
Step 4: Handoff
Share the workspace invite link with your client. They get a read-only dashboard showing campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI metrics.
